Nobel Biocare DICOM data "not sortable"

I'm having problems with my first scan for Nobel Biocare. I scanned the patient and the guide, sent the DICOM data to the doctor, and his software says "the data set is not sortable" AND the "slice increments are not consistant" I looked at the slices on his computer and every 5th slice comes out at .400002 mm while the other slices are all .4 mm. I seem to recall Arun mentioning something about this at a meeting last year. Anyone know anything about this?

Hi Matt,
Did you scan the patient and the stent at the .3 voxel?

No. I used .4 voxel.

Presuming you gave your dentist a CD with two DICOM files: one file with the patient/prosthesis (no filters) and the other of only the prosthetic scan. The problem is the dentist is attempting to import the i-CAT DICOM data set into the software without separating the patient data from the prosthetic data. He/she is probably importing directly from the CD drive. When the software prompts to import the patient data, it must be directed to the specific file on the CD, not just to the CD. When the software asks for the location of the prosthetic data, go to the exact file on the CD where it is located, then it will work fine.
