Ordering new i-CATs

Has anyone had any luck contacting ISI about ordering the upgraded i-CATs? I can't seem to get any response.............this is their new customer service????

As I had mentioned in the user meeting, the upgrade paths were devised just prior to the meeting, and actual installations couldn’t be expected until perhaps mid summer. Although I had included Sales/Marketing in the e-mail that described the upgrade paths and prices, they were understandably cautious until official authorization had occurred and the ordering mechanism was active for this brand new category in the accounting system.

Many of aspects of our customer service have improved significantly, some other areas are still in transition. We are committed to meeting this challenge head on, we hope that you would see visible and perceivable enhancements in the upcoming future.
